CAN YOU SEE?? I have highlighted the words TRIED, because that is exactly what has happened to me. I just kept TRYING and TRYING. 

That was the Biggest mistake. I should have just stop TRYING and start DOING, DOING and then Keep DOING some more.

It took me from 2011 to 2020 to realise this. That is a long time TRYING without results. so much wasted time that I will never get back. 

and i am not even gonna talk about the money i wasted on bULL***t. 

But thankfully during early 2020 i encountered A challenge where you either keep on going or you fail. and since failure wasn't an option (I wasn't alone anymore. I have become a father in 2019) i just kept going until it happened. 

# the luck has changed. 
# stuff started happening. 

For the first time in my life. i started to feel like i can actually make it. (You can follow my journey on my Instagram @t.nedoma) but today is not about me. it is about you.

Why should you even consider anything that I told you so far?? Well Keep on reading...

Here is THE story of my life. It was not easy to WRITE and for some it will be not easy to READ. But this is my LIFE. 
And I can't change what has already happened. I can only learn from it.

Well..Here comes nothing..

I am a high school dropout who decided to quit school when I was 17. Because at that time I was working as a part-time waiter/bartender making almost a median income in my country (Czech republic) and I saw that I can make (what I thought at that time is a lot) a lot of money without having a classic education. So I quit the school...

But you know how it goes. With money comes responsibility and at age 17 I really was NOT that responsible. So even though I didn't have to pay much of a rent as I shared a house with my father, where I participated with paying bills, it wasn't the adult amount of bills, so I spent the rest on cigarettes, and parties.

So at the end of the day I was left with nothing. I fell little bit into gambling and it just was that kind of destructive lifestyle, where I just went to work, after work I went out to party and sometimes straight back to work from there...And this went on from 2006 to 2011, when in 2011 I got the opportunity to move to UK

And as I had managed to save 600 EUR I just took this opportunity solely on a whim.

AND THAT WAS ONE OF THE BEST DECISIONS IN MY LIFE

When I moved to England I moved to London. 

I did not know anybody. 

I had no friends, no connections however I knew how to be a bartender/waiter.

After printing out my CV I just went down-town London and I went from one restaurant to another, from one coffee shop to another coffee shop from bar to bar dropping off my CVs and hoping that somebody would invite me for an interview. 

At the end of the day I got one reply and the reply was from Starbucks in Soho London. And I got the job. I worked there for 2,5 years and made it to a store supervisor

and it was then when I realised that it is a dead end job. 

So I quit and started searching for something more fulfilling. 

I Found another job in London's biggest casino called The Hippodrome Casino located on Leicester square. I spent almost 3 years working there. It was amazing to be a part of something this big. 

However After those 3 years I hit the wall again. I felt like there was no more progress for me. 

And at the same time I got news that My father has passed away because of Lung cancer (he was a smoker for 45 year)

And that was it....

At that time I decided to move back to Czechia and join my mothers business.

…I also stopped smoking the day I found out my has dad passed away and never touched a cigarette since...

I could actually help to build a family business, elevate it from where it was using my obtained skills and knowledge.

Because during my time in The Hippodrome I started to realize that I can't expect for my employer to just give me an opportunity, So I started to educate myself on my own. 

Searching from someone who is successful well known and shares his skills with others in a form of books, courses and webinars. 

He was none other than Grant Cardone. (I have all of his books. I have spent over 2000 USD on his courses during the past 5 years) And so I knew that I needed to make my own opportunities. 

And because I learned these things I knew I could help my mothers business. 

So in summer of 2016 I moved back to Czechia…

In Czechia I joined my mothers company and it was a bit of a shock. 

Even though she has agreed to let me lead the marketing and sales part of the business, she never wanted to actually learn my way, so that she would understand what I mean, why I do what I do and how I am doing it. 

And because of this. 

I wanted to show her that I am all in on this. That it's not just a stepping stone for me and that I would move on in a few months. 

So I got a business loan from a bank and created a beautiful lifestyle showroom named Koncept One, where half of the showroom was my mothers fashion company and half was interior design. 

And since both parts of the business complimented each other I thought It would work well.

And that was my first big mistake. 

I made the store so beautiful that I didn't have any more funds left for marketing. 

So despite knowing how to sell, how to handle customers objections, how to qualify what product the customer may want. 

There was no one coming in for me to actually sell anything to. And I didn't have any more funds left to pay for a marketing campaign to bring customers in. 

Only customers we had were those from my mothers business. 

So it dawned on me, that I need to start doing something else to make money to pay for the marketing campaigns.

That was my second big mistake and probably one of the biggest of my life. 

I saw that in construction there is a lot of money, and I thought that my common sense and intelligence will work out for me and will beat others' education and experience. 

I was sooo wrong and so arrogant thinking this. 

My first project I literally got slapped over my face.

Everything that could go wrong went wrong. 

And I ended up screwing magnificently. I saw quick money and it totally blinded me to do completely irrational things.

Leaving me with almost 35.000 USD (750.000 CZK) in debt. So I was even more screwed than at the beginning.

So I went back to my roots. 

I went back to what I knew. 

And that was Grant Cardone and what he was teaching. 

And I was watching one of his online events called 10x growth-con, where he introduced to the stage a guy who created an online platform that can be used for any type of business to sell services and products to anyone.

His name was Russell Brunson, Founder of CLICKFUNNELS.

At that time I knew right away, I needed this. 

So I literally bought ALL IN. I have joined One Funnel Away
challenge, 

I bought 4 of his books, 

I joined his 5 day lead challenge. 

And Eventually I started to get the hang of it. 

When in early 2020 Covid hit and everything shut. And we (me and my mother) had a chance to either close shop or to pivot, So we PIVOTED. 

I have created a simple funnel to sell protective facemasks…
And that was amazing. We sold 44.000 USD worth of facemasks via this one funnel in under two months. 

And I knew that this is such an amazing tool (make no mistake it is only a tool, you need to know how to use it to be effective) that I will keep using it wherever I can. But I didn’t know what was going to happen next.

However This didn't happen, She kicked me out of her company because she didn't see results within the first 2 weeks of the campaign and said that I only wanted to launder money via her company and she doesn't trust me anymore. 

It was a huge hit for me, because that is a huge sum of money and I became a father in December of 2019 so I really didn't have money to just throw away..

In August 2020 with some money that I have left, Me and my girlfriend (now fiancé) the mother of our daughter, we decided to start an apparel company, producing simple premium quality basic t-shirts called GaGi Cottonwear

The business was launched in November 2020. 

It is going slowly as we sell one T-shirt for €88 EUR, but I am sure that when the crisis goes away, the sales and our brand will be known throughout the entire EUROPE….

And in January 2021 I started a consultancy business where I look for people who are in a similar position that I was 4-5 years ago, And I am offering to assist them so they can avoid the mistakes I have made and start their business in a better way than I did. 

I offer the first consultancy or set of tasks to do for free, because I know how hard it is to pay some stranger a large sum of money for something that you are not sure that it works.
Therefore I do my first assignment for free to prove that I know what I am talking about and that I possess the skills I claim I do. 

After finishing the first assignment/task and the other party is happy with results I negotiate what comes next. 

I also teach people some crisis proof skills that are going to be useful no matter what is happening in the world.

The aim is such that you can create an additional income for your household or start building financial freedom.

Because I know how hard it is to be in a relationship where lack of money is and issue…

So yes. I am looking for ways to help people be happier, make more money while avoiding unnecessary risks. 

Because I believe that When I help others , They will in exchange help me…
